March 2022 Real Estate Numbers

Hi everyone! We hope you all are doing well. We've put together another handy graphic to show you how the real estate market in 2022 compares to 2021. This one shows data for March 2022 vs. March 2021 across our state. Inventory continues to be low and that is seen in the decrease of units sold. However, demand is high and that is reflected by the increase in median sales price.
