January 2022 Real Estate Numbers

Hi everyone! We hope you all are doing well. We put together a handy look at how the Maine real estate numbers from last month compare to those of January 2021. As you can see, there are less sales (due to the much lower inventory), but the sale prices are coming in a good deal higher than in 2021. The competitive nature of today's market means that it is still a great time to sell your property for top dollar.
